What do the dog owners have to say?

• I'm paying  taxes, so my dog may do his "business anywhere".
• I can't do anything to change the situation.
• I need my dog, because nobody else talks to me.
• There's enough space on the pavements for dog mud.
• Dog mud consists of 80% water.
• Everybody who does not like dog mud, does not like animals in general.
• Didn't you know? Dogs do not stink, they smell!
• Who cares?
